Are you having a hard time focusing in class? Difficulty eating or sleeping? or Are you using alcohol to help you cope?
You may be dealing with something more than just stress. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, or a related disorder.
The Student Health and Counseling Center invites you to take advantage of a free, anonymous online screening for mental health issues including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, eating disorders, and /or alcohol use. If you, or a friend, are concerned, please take a simple online questionnaire. You will receive immediate results, as well as information on how to get the help you need.
Take care of yourself this month ~ get plenty of rest, eat right and take the time to get the help you need to deal with extra stress and anxiety!
Please contact the SHCC at 786-4040 if you have a health emergency or any questions regarding our schedule.
