Congratulations. You should schedule an appointment with your health care provider as soon as you suspect you are pregnant. Prenatal care usually will be scheduled about once a month for weeks 4-28; twice a month weeks 28-36 and weekly for weeks 36 to birth. If you are older than 35, or your pregnancy is high risk you may be seeing your health care provider more often.
