Tips for a healthy semester include:
1. Wash your hands frequently, especially before eating.
2. Get seasonal influenza and H1N1 shots.
3. Get an adequate amount of sleep.
4. Exercise daily.
5. Eat nutritious foods, including 5 fruits and vegetables daily, and wholegrain fiber.
6. Take 1,000 to 2,000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily.
7. Get outside daily, and dress appropriately for the weather.
8. Participate in activities that you enjoy with positive people.
