I'll Always Love Christmas By: University Advancement Nov 29, 2005 'Tis the season to be jolly! as UAA Theatre for Young People presents "I'll Always Love Christmas." What better way to enjoy this magical season than with your family, enjoying your favorite carols and songs of the holidays? Join a cast of over 40 performers as they sing and dance their way through a Winter Wonderland, a classic Dickens' Village and finally into a Magical Toyland! "I'll Always Love Christmas" opens Friday, December 9 at 7:00 p.m. in UAA's Williamson Auditorium. The production runs through December 18, Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.
"I'll Always Love Christmas" includes sing-a-long favorites such as; Sleighride, Jingle Bells, Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, Silver Bells, Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree and a host of others! Live accompaniment includes local artists Lynette Harple on keyboards, Dennis Cleary on guitar, Andy Rogers on bass and Mike Faust on Drums. Erin Dagon Mitchell, acclaimed for recent musicals such as Into the Woods for UAA's Department of Theatre & Dance, Sweeney Todd for the Anchorage Concert Chorus and Bat Boy: The Musical for Eccentric Theatre Company, directs this sparkling production.
