| NAV Module I Recruitment Process for Staff/Faculty and Workload Agreements Participants will learn the UA Recruitment Policy and Regulations for staff/faculty and receive an introduction to the UAK jobs system and how it works. Participants will also review workload agreements. (This is NOT UAK jobs technical training. FISH! introduces the service philosophy used by the world famous Pike's Place Market in Seattle. Through video and discussion, partipants learn the four principals to achieve GREAT customer service in their own workplace.
