Love what you do and do what you love! FISH! introduces the service philosophy used by the world famous Pike's Place Market in Seattle. Through video and discussion, partipants learn the four principals to achieve GREAT customer service in their own workplace. Understanding the institution you work in will assist you in providing world famous customer service. We will review the UA structure and UAA's 2017 strategic plan as well.
