Club Council is the governing body for all student clubs at the University of Alaska Anchorage and is an official branch of USUAA. The purpose of Club Council is to register and recognize student clubs, assist clubs with events and activities, promote student interaction and involvement, and allocate funds to recognized student clubs. Business of Club Council is conducted under Robert’s Rules of Order and in accordance with the USUAA Constitution. Registered and recognized student clubs are eligible to receive funding for events and activities from Club Council. To learn more about this funding opportunity and complete the Club Council Event Funding Request form.
Fall 2008 Meeting Schedule
All Club Council meetings listed below begin at 1pm in the Student Union South Cafeteria unless otherwise noted.
If you would like to submit an item to the agenda please send your request to ayclubs@uaa.alaska.edu all requests must be submitted by the Monday prior to any scheduled meeting to appear on the agenda.
If there is a compelling reason preventing all members of a student club from attending the Club Council meetings the club may apply for an attendance waiver. Please click here to download the attendance waiver and waiver requirements.
