UAA Campus Kick-Off Department Registration

There are benefits to participating in UAA Campus Kick-Off!

In addition to reaching hundreds of new and returning students, staff and faculty with a table at UAA Campus Kick-Off, there are many other benefits to participation!  Depending on the type of sponsorship you choose, you will receive other opportunities to advertise during the Campus Kick-Off event, including discounts in our 2008 UAA Campus Kick-Off Guide!

The UAA Campus Kick-Off Guide will be inserted in The Northern Light, UAA's student newspaper; distributed at UAA Campus Kick-Off, and will be featured at New Student Orientation-sponsored Answer Desks throughout the UAA campus during the first week of classes.  That's 7,000 issues of the UAA Campus Kick-Off Guide circulating in and around the campus and Anchorage community!  Space in the guide is limited, so don't miss your opportunity!

OPTION #1 - Seawolf Pride Departmental Sponsorship - $100 sponsorship

  • 6' table and 2 chairs - no table skirt provided
  • Complimentary Kick-Off Meal for two
  • Two UAA Campus Kick-Off T-Shirts
  • A "Sponsorship Thank You" placed on your department's behalf in The Northern Light
  • See your department's name listed in the Comedy Show program the night of Kick-Off

Indemnification Clause and Hold Harmless Agreement:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Contracting Agency, its Board of Regents, officers, and employees from and against any and all loss, expense, damage, claim, demand, judgment, fine, charge, lien, liability, action of proceeding of any kind whatsoever (whether arising on account of damage to or loss of property, or personal injury, emotional distress, or death) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the performance or activities of the Contractor hereunder, whether the same arises before or after the Contractor's operations or expiration of this Contract, except for damage, loss, or injury resulting from the contracting Agency's negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that there will be a $15 fee assessed for table reservations canceled after Friday, August 15.
