UAA is proud to present this year’s outstanding student art works selected by Alaskan juror Sheila Wyne. Awards are given for demonstration of superior skill, creativity, and technique.

Location: UAA Fine Arts Building, Room 117
Admission: Free and open to the public. Seating is limited.

About the Juror
Juror Bio: Sheila Wyne is a visual artist based in Anchorage. Her artwork has been shown across the state, the Lower 48 and overseas. Her work is in permanent collections of the Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau Museums. Since 1990 she has designed over a dozen public artworks. In the last 10 years, Wyne has also worked as a set designer with theatre companies in Alaska and the Northwest. Wyne has been awarded a national NEA/TCG Fellowship in set design, as well as a Rasmuson Artist Fellowship, a Boochever Fellowship and grants from Alaska State Council on the Arts, the Andy Warhol and Rockefeller Foundations.
