The General Accounting and Budget Office is responsible for the following functions:

• Bank depository and general reconciliations
• Labor reallocations
• Cost center duties
• Reporting duties for the State of Alaska gaming permit for UAA and community campuses
• Management reporting
• Allocate and monitor annual operating budget for UAA and community campuses
• Property/fixed asset reporting
• Relocation processing
• Agency account maintenance (student government, student clubs and athletic booster accounts)
