Remote Accuplacer Testing

Remote Accuplacers are available at a cost of $15 to testers who are outside Anchorage (Eagle River, Chugiak, Fort Richardson, Elmendorf and Girdwood areas) and are unable to physically test at the Advising & Testing Center.

The ACCUPLACER license agreement requires that ALL testing be done in a proctored setting. No tester should be allowed to take the test without the supervision of an approved proctor.

Remote Accuplacer Process - 3 Steps

1. Select a qualified proctor, have them complete the Proctor Security Agreement, and fax it to (907)786-1674 or (907)786-4519

Proctor Qualifications:

· Familiar with accepted practices for administering standardized tests

· Has no vested interest in the tester’s scores

· Is not related to the tester

· Is employed by an educational institution

2. The tester must complete the online Remote Accuplacer Request Form and submit.

3. Pay for your test. An Advising and Testing Center staff member will contact you by phone for payment.
