| Beginning with the fall 2004 semester, everyone who wants to take classes at UAA must first apply for admission. Admission is the process of identifying your educational goals and matching them to the program or track that can best help you achieve them. Choose the option below that best describes your goals.
|
| Degree-Seeking |
- To prepare for your on-line admission application, please follow these steps:
A. Choose your major. B. Choose your degree. C. Review your admission requirements.
- Select your application type and complete the on-line application.
International students must use a paper application instead of the on-line application.
- Pay by credit card.
For electronic applications, have your Visa or MasterCard ready. If you don't wish to use a credit card, complete a paper application instead, and submit it directly to Enrollment Services.
- Print your confirmation page.
|
| Non-Degree-Seeking |
| UAA also welcomes students taking classes for personal or professional reasons who don't intend to earn a certificate or degree. This track replaces a practice formerly known as open enrollment. Please note that students on this track are not eligible to receive financial aid, apply for student visas, or earn degrees. |
- Understand what non-degree-seeking admission means.
- Complete the on-line application.
- Wait three business days before attempting to register.
